Aspect Property Management approached CreativeWeb as a modern, established agency undergoing a rebrand. Their previous website was outdated & messy, and in need of a refresh given the new look and branding that Aspect were moving towards. They required a clean, modern design, with big visuals and imagery to showcase their prestigious property portfolio. The WordPress CMS would offer them a seamless transition to the new site, with clear content management.

FROM A BETTER ASPECT

CLEAN, MODERN IMAGERY & LAYOUT

To build on the Aspect rebrand, their impressive portfolio photography became a central part of the website visuals. Large hero images became the first thing users would encounter upon entering the site, showcasing some of Aspect’s standout properties.

The updated branding was used tastefully throughout the site, with the contrasts of red, white & gray combined with a spacial, flat design giving an appearance that is both crisp & clean. Simple transition effects & subtle enhancements added to the user experience, providing a high quality feel without being cumbersome or clunky.

BESPOKE PAGE TEMPLATES

WITH SIMPLE CONTENT MANAGEMENT

Using the power of the WordPress CMS, CreativeWeb were able to provide bespoke, hand-coded HTML templates for each page layout, without sacrificing the client’s usability and having them edit complex HTML files.

The site makes full use of the WordPress custom meta system, allowing Aspect to easily populate content, such as images & text, in the Admin area of the site – all without having to ever touch a template file.

It also allows for easy organisation and listing of the Aspect property portfolio, as well as their management team and services offered.

The Results

Since the new Aspect site went live, they have seen a significant upturn in enquiries thanks to the ease of use & navigation of the website. Users have remarked on the clarity & consistency of the site & the new branding.

Likewise, Aspect have found it straightforward to amend & update their new website independently, without having to delve into raw HTML files or complex code systems.
