FDS approached CreativeWeb as a brand-new start-up company. As well as the design and custom development of their online recruitment platform, they required comprehensive branding including bespoke logo design and brand guidelines, as well as brochures, business cards and comp slips. CUTTING-EDGE RECRUITMENT PLATFORM
We undertook the development of a bespoke recruitment platform, which allows employers to post jobs on a listing page, as well as using API integration to pull jobs directly from FDS’s CRM system. Candidate sign up features an extensive on-boarding process with a detailed user profile and the ability to upload CVs, qualifications and other important documentation, providing a powerful online application. Candidates have the ability to search for jobs via filters such as salary, sector or keyword and can apply directly online with just a few clicks of a button.
GDPR compliance was a huge concern for the company. We included advanced admin functionality that allows the FDS team to review and approve jobs before they are posted to the live site, as well the opportunity to vet any new candidates wishing to sign up, giving FDS complete control over the entire process and ensuring all data is secure and above board.

We undertook an extensive discovery process to determine relevant factors such as FDS Recruitment’s target demographic, evaluating their online habits and preferences, as well as analysing the company’s closest competitors within the industry.
These insights informed the bespoke logo design, colour scheme and brand guidelines that we developed, forging the FDS Recruitment brand as it exists today, and influencing the design of the website, and all branded materials, including brochures, business cards and comp slips.

The comprehensive branding, we developed for FDS has formed a strong company profile facilitating the successful launch of the company into the world of online recruitment. The new FDS Recruitment website has provided the company with a powerful online presence becoming a vital asset for driving new sign ups and receiving a great deal of engagement from both employers and candidates to date.
