Trad-X Overview
Trad-X is an OTC trading platform created by global financial brokering powerhouse Compagnie Financière Tradition. They wanted to refresh the existing Trad-X website to accompany a change in colour scheme, while also making it easier for staff to maintain & update the site content.

Bespoke Editing
UNIQUE BANNER ANIMATION
Tradition had a vision for their hero banner of an animated circuitry board that moved and lit up with their brand colours. There weren’t any stock videos already made that were ‘right’ – so we created one ourselves!
Using After Effects and a range of tools & plugins, we animated a bespoke 3D circuit board in the style that was required – the same animation that’s playing in the header of this page.
Information Centered
CLEAR, STRUCTURED DESIGN
The Trad-X site is very much content-focused, so we had to ensure that we placed the information at the forefront of the design, without sacrificing the modern ‘feel’ they were after, and keeping some subtle effects to improve user engagement.
The backend of Trad-X allows the Tradition staff to easily amend content throughout every part of the website, and even amend animations and styling without having to write any code, giving them a huge amount of flexibility.
The Results
Compared to the previous website, Trad-X have found it much easier to use the new site CMS to populate and manage content & styling. The fresh layout & code of the site brings it up to date with modern web standards and has improved user engagement as a result.
The site has been fully tested across a wide range of devices to ensure no outstanding bugs or compatibility issues, and has also been SEO & performance optimised to minimise loading times & maximise visibility.
