THE EGG TRUCK OVERVIEW
The Egg Truck were in need of a new website to promote their mobile Egg food service truck in London. CreativeWeb’s wide portfolio of websites using interactive animation & effects made us a cracking choice for the new project, to create something modern & unique.

AN EGGCITING PROPOSITION
BOLD, STAND-OUT VISUALS
The Egg Truck wanted their website to be big, bold & impactful. Their branding made use of contrasting white, black & orange colours and stylised sketches, so we looked to incorporate those into the site alongside their bespoke font face.
They also had a number of high-quality, professional photographs of their Egg dishes, so we used those throughout the site as an integral part of the design, keeping the large, bold appearance and showing off their many eggcelent meals.
CUSTOM SVG ANIMATION
A FIRST IMPRESSION
To introduce the website and add a bit of flair, the team created a bespoke animated SVG egg loader using Adobe Illustrator, After Effects and some JS / PHP code.
The loader would play each time a visitor first arrived on the site after opening their browser, and then would be minimalised down for each subsequent load to avoid over-egging it and producing long wait times.
The Results
The Egg Truck website is a great reflection of the brand attitude & ethos, and is helping drive interest and business to the food truck, which is ultimately what it boils down to.
The site has been fully tested across a wide range of devices to ensure no scrambled code or compatibility issues, and has also been SEO & performance optimised to minimise loading times & maximise visibility.
