They approached us to redesign and develop their main group website, as the existing site felt dated and lacked interest. The website also failed to clearly communicate the breadth of the business or provide the level of detail the team wanted.

What We Did
Discovery & Branding
During the discovery phase we expanded BGL’s existing branding — taking their logo and four core colours and assigning one colour to each business area. We selected a bold, contemporary typeface and explored innovative ways to showcase the breadth of their portfolio across golf, leisure, hospitality and fitness.

Design was where this site truly came to life. We developed a rich, editorial layout that lets each venue and business area shine, using bold imagery and clean typography on a dark canvas. The gold squiggle motif became a signature element, weaving through sections to create visual continuity.
